Description:

Need to replace about a dozen tiles (each tile about 3" squares) near the faucet area of the bathtub in master bathroom. Also need to replace the sheetrock. The old tiles leaked and the sheetrock behind them deteriorated to the point that three or four of the tiles are actually loose.
